When is my order shipped?

We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Depends on whether it is an *International or a Domestic order. All orders within the European Union are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. *Please see International Orders for more details.

What shipping careers do you use?

We use the standard international shipping with PostNL and expedited shipping with DHL. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us.

How long does it take for my order to get here?

We typically ship out orders same-day when placed and paid by 3pm CET.  This means that once your order has left our warehouse, it will be delivered to you in 3-21 business days, depending on country of destination and if EU or non-EU If you’ve been waiting more than 15 days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will find the problem. Please note for countries outside of the Europen Union additional customs taxes may apply.


How to enter Coupon/Discount code?

On the last page before your click "complete my purchase" there will be two boxes where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now press "complete my purchase". You cannot enter coupon codes if you click the "pay with PayPal" option or combined with other discount codes and also when signing up for subscriptions as when signing up for a subscription you are already receiving a 10% discount, you have to use the direct checkout feature to enter a code.

International Orders

For orders placed directly through our site, international shipping costs will range anywhere from 5-30 €, depending on the total weight of the package. International  ( NO-EU)  packages will take typically 2-4 weeks to arrive to their destination. Please feel free to email us or give us a call if there is anything we can further assist you with.

How do I return/refund item?

If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly issue you a refund. We offer a full, no BS money back guarantee, only if the product box is unopened. Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to take back any products with an open package or used.  All we ask is that you send us a quick message on why it didn’t meet your standards. We are always looking for ways to improve our products.
